Kendra Keim
Kendra serves as business manager and
operations supervisor. She has extensive
experience in accounting, customer service,
resource management, solutions integration,
planning and scheduling.
Kendra manages the planning and scheduling of
all relocation jobs to ensure a smooth and
timely completion. Kendra’s expert
organizational skills help her to supervise and
work closely with field management to ensure
qualified individuals and necessary resources
are on each job. She also supervises billing,
accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Bonnie Keim
Bonnie oversees customer care, sales & marketing
for the relocation division of the company. She
is responsible for sales, estimating, customer
service, field operations and employee
relations. Her commitment to outstanding and
superior customer service is evident in the
success and growth of the business. She has had
sales training in numerous fields and is capable
of communicating with customers at all levels.
Her “get the job done” attitude is motivating
and inspiring to those who work with her. Her
keen knowledge of human nature allows her to
understand different perspectives as she strives
to create mutually beneficial solutions to all
parties.
Preston Krenz
Preston is Systems Coordinator, Total Quality
Management Supervisor and Special Projects
Manager. As such, he is responsible for the
quality management of all warehouse & field
operations, workflow efficiency, asset
utilization, safety and employee training &
development. He supervises all special projects
and monitors quality of service delivery unique
in all aspects of the business. Preston develops
solutions and supervises specialized handling of
unique or sensitive materials.
Prior to joining WestOne, Mr. Krenz held
progressively responsible positions with Stock
Lumber & Supply Company where he was responsible
for material handling and product control.
Brent Keim
Brent oversees the operations of West One
Logistics. He is responsible for all new client
integration efforts, operation policy &
procedure development, account compliance,
account management, customer service, human
resources and employee development. He also
provides oversight for accounting control
systems, Resource Planning, and Management of
Information Systems and Technology.
Prior to joining WestOne, Mr. Keim held
management positions with Seneca Foods. He
served as a member of the plant’s strategic
management team where he developed complex
costing processes and was responsible for
tracking and analyzing raw product procurement,
contract pricing, transportation & logistics
costing before being promoted to plant
controller. He was responsible for all
accounting functions and developed new controls
to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Steven Keim
Steven has extensive experience in fulfillment,
transportation and logistics and is responsible
for client development and public relations for
the company. He has oversight for contract
negotiations on contract logistics services and
supervises corporate accounts. Mr. Keim also
serves as business director of
NAI Commerce One, a Commercial Real Estate
Brokerage Company. He has oversight for the
Corporate Services Division of NAI Commerce One
where he is focused on real property solutions
serving the logistics, transportation and
warehousing components of major industry. Mr.
Keim is co-founder of
Plexo International through which he
works with supply chain development for
corporations globally. Plexo is a “Discovery
Process” and knowledge base consortium of
critical information supporting corporate
relocation and supply chain decisions. Mr. Keim
also serves as co-chair of the North American
Inland Port Network
(NAIPN), an initiative of the North American
Super Corridor Coalition (NASCO).
